Cedar Gap Farm

We are the Schrock family located at Cedar Gap MO, 

I have always enjoyed farming and trying to do it in a way that increases productivity without using commercial fertilizers and etc..

We have raised our own grass fed beef as well as providing it for friends and family at times, In 2016 we made a new venture, a small Pasture Poultry Egg Farm. 

In trying to manage our small pastures we have divided off for our chicken pasture rotation, we ventured into raising sheep, which seems to work better for grass management. Our goal is to raise needle free Lamb. 

It is a pleasure to work with family, which also includes grandchildren. We are strong believers in community and using our God given resources  in a way that future generations can enjoy the land also.
